Editing and clips
- Simple edit per episode+$50We master the audio, sync it with the video and switch camera angles to follow the speaker.
- Advanced edit per episode+$250Includes everything in the simple edit, plus removal of mistakes, your intro, outro and logo, and any supporting footage or visuals you provide, such as screenshots and charts.
- Social clips per clip+$45Short, captioned clips for Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms, in vertical (9:16) or horizontal (16:9) formats. Captions are reviewed for accuracy.

Already have a podcast recorded somewhere else? Send us a link to your footage and we'll quote a simple or advanced edit. Simple edits from $75, advanced edits from $250, clips by quote.
Turnaround and delivery
Turnaround
- Raw footage: within 24 hours of your session.
- Simple edit: 24 to 48 hours.
- Advanced edit: typically 3 to 5 business days.*
*The advanced editing timeline begins once we receive your intro, outro, logo, supporting footage and edit notes. More extensive edits may take longer; we will confirm the timeline in advance.
How you get your files
We deliver your raw footage, edited episodes and clips through Dropbox, according to your booking. Download links remain active for 7 days, so please download your files within that period and keep a backup. We retain finished projects for up to 30 days after delivery, after which they are removed from our storage.
Questions
How much does it cost to produce a podcast?
A one-hour session starts at $300, plus HST. Editing starts at $50 per episode and clips are $45 each.
Is HST included?
No. All prices are in Canadian dollars, plus 13% HST.
Is there a cost per episode?
Sessions are priced by the hour, so the cost per episode depends on how long you record. Recording several episodes in one longer session lowers the cost of each.
